DDICOM wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy,
so it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices available
for your review. This Online Privacy Statement is made available to you in order to make you aware
of how DDICOM collects and uses individual identifying information of visitors to DDICOM's website.
DDICOM collects the following information regarding visitors to our website: domain name, name, information
regarding what pages are accessed, information volunteered by you, such as survey information, email address,
or site registrations, and your preferred means of communication.
Your right to privacy is very important to us. When you choose to provide us with information about yourself,

contact with you, we will respect your wishes. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyze this
data for trends and statistics.

current, and complete. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies

The DDICOM site contains links to other Web sites. DDICOM is not responsible for the privacy
practices or the content of such Web sites.

New registrants to Customer Login have the choice to opt out of

When you sign up for an email list, you will be given instructions at that time on how to remove yourself from
that list.
Access to certain of DDICOM's webpages require a login and password The use of those webpages, and the information
or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and DDICOM.
Your individual identifying information may be retained by DDICOM to verify compliance with the agreement, log
software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications
available on the Customer Login Pages.

DDICOM is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the individual

The accuracy of your individual identifying information is important to
DDICOM. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that DDICOM
