1. Notice and Disclosure

DDICOM wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, so it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices available for your review. This Online Privacy Statement is made available to you in order to make you aware of how DDICOM collects and uses individual identifying information of visitors to DDICOM's website. DDICOM collects the following information regarding visitors to our website: domain name, name, information regarding what pages are accessed, information volunteered by you, such as survey information, email address, or site registrations, and your preferred means of communication.
Your right to privacy is very important to us. When you choose to provide us with information about yourself, we recognize that you trust us to act in a responsible manner. It is our belief that this information should only be used to help us provide you with better products and services. We are making these changes to make our statement clearer and more informative to users. Future modifications to this policy will be posted at this same location. At times our privacy statement might change, but the usage of the information we collect and the policies regarding the sharing of that information will not.
Our objective at DDICOM is to be your design resource of choice by providing you with the information and services that are most relevant to you. To achieve this goal, we need to collect information to understand what differentiates you from each of our other unique users. We collect this information in a few ways.

At DDICOM, we intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. In general, you can visit DDICOM on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. There are times, however, when we may need information from you. If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet that we or our business partners may need -- to correspond with you, process an order or provide you with a Customer Login Account, for example -- it is our intent to let you know how we will use such information. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyze this data for trends and statistics. We have implemented these practices for the DDICOM Home Page (www.ddicom.com).

We intend to protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information. We have implemented appropriate technical and managerial procedures to maintain information that is accurate, current, and complete. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies in a timely manner.

4. Business Relationships

The DDICOM site contains links to other Web sites. DDICOM is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

5. Cookies

There are various technologies, including one called "cookies", which can be used to provide you with tailored information from a Web site. A cookie is an element of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Some DDICOM pages use cookies or other technologies so that we can better serve you when you return to our site. 6. Choice/Consent

New registrants to Customer Login have the choice to opt out of having individual identifying information provided in the registration process used for any purpose unrelated to the purpose for which the information was provided to us. We are working on ways to enable you to communicate to us that your individual identifying information should not be used for additional purposes. When you sign up for an email list, you will be given instructions at that time on how to remove yourself from that list. Access to certain of DDICOM's webpages require a login and password The use of those webpages, and the information or programs downloadable from those sites, may be governed by a written agreement between your employer and DDICOM. Your individual identifying information may be retained by DDICOM to verify compliance with the agreement, log software licenses granted, to track software downloaded from those pages, or track usage of other applications available on the Customer Login Pages.

DDICOM is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the individual identifying information that you provide to us.

8. Data Quality and Access

The accuracy of your individual identifying information is important to DDICOM. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that DDICOM maintains about you.
